Someone front-ended my car and did some considerable damage to it. My car insurance company gave me 5 choices of car shops and Schiro's was the 5th one. So I looked up the reviews of all my 5 choices on Yelp and Schiro's had all excellent reviews so I picked this auto-body shop to fix my car. As I expected from the reviews, the service was excellent from the moment I called them to the moment I picked up my repaired car. Not only was their customer service excellent (thanks, Manuel) but their workmanship is impeccable as well. My car looks like new and so shiny! They washed and waxed my car inside and out! I drove away happy and was almost thankful that I got into an accident because my 11-yr. old car looks new now!

I am too lazy to write reviews but I thought I have to write one here because the reviews made me decide to go to this place and I want to do the same for others who are looking for an excellent auto-body shop. I highly recommend Schiro's! You won't regret coming here....I forgot to mention that while waiting, you can get coffee, cold bottled water or soda. Although I didn't have to wait long, I helped myself with a cup of Starbucks coffee. :)

HIGHLY recommend Schiro's in Chatsworth. Hard to find a reputable place that will work on corvettes...I am very particular with who I leave her with. With Schiro's fabulous customer service and excellent communication throughout the whole process, I was put at ease while I waited for her return. Her paint was like silk! I am very grateful I chose them for her repair!

I have known Schiro's for over 19 years. This would be the only place where I would trust for collision repair. Not only do they exceed their customer services but the ensure to make you want to refer everyone to them. Anyone that I know whom has had or experiences an accident and needs collision repair this is the first place that comes to mind and I refer them all there. So I would refer you or anyone that reads this post. They are about their customers and always go out of their way to make them happy.

This is my second time to Schiro's. I was really happy with the excellent customer service starting with Anna at the front desk to Micah who made sure my car would be done on time. The car was in for a fender bander it was washed and ready to go in two days. If i ever get in another crash, or should i say when i get in another crash, i will be taking it to Schiro's again.
