Schiro's Collision Repairs

I have used Schiro's Collision Repair two times and both times I have been incredibly impressed with the service, attention to detail, and quality work. The staff are wonderful to work with and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Schiro's

From the moment I walked into the office, I was treated like royalty. I needed a rental car and in a few moments, they had placed a call and the car was delivered. The staff are exceptionally nice, and I was very pleased with the extensive repairs needed to get my car back on the road. I was updated every few days with an email to let me know about the progress of the repair and the estimated date of completion. Excellent customer service, excellent workmanship...who could ask for more? I highly recommend Schiro's!!

To echo many others, it may be a toss up between a root canal and having your car repaired as to which is the lesser of the hassles. But at least Schiros does a good job of removing the pain as best as anyone can. 

Over the years I have been to three other repair shops, who I shall call the inept-guys.  I can tell you that each trip to the inept-guys resulted in repair work not done right the first time nor was it ever done in the promised time frame(in one case, the place took 12 working days for a job they told me would take "3 to 4 days, or 5 at the MAX")   Two experiences with Schiros have been quite the opposite. 

I have used both the Chatsworth and North Hollywood locations and they have been able to promise as delivered and even have hot coffee and good magazines if you have to wait around. Without boring you with detail, I'll say they show class and comfort. If you call to get a status update on your car, they will always get the info for you.  And I didn't have to go back for further work; it was completed without a flaw. 

Also, one other little tidbit-I suggest you get on their email list while there. They send monthly coupons for free services. And they may honor it even beyond the date it expires. Example-In September,  they offered a coupon for free scratch removal. Didn't need it then but needed it in October. We called and they graciously took the time to take care of the scratch for free while we waited. 

Honest and timely. That about sums them up.

Have used Shiro's in Chatsworth before - loved the service. This repair was better to do near my office so used the North Hollywood location.

Basic repair of a parking lot crunch. Damage was severe enough to warrant replacing bumper cover. Their quote was accepted by the driver's insurance company with no on-sight adjuster visit. Additional fees were added due to the paint finish type. Extra fees paid by insurer with no debate.

This has to mean that these folks are a credible, honest group. Easy repair experience.
