Schiro's Collision Repairs

They were the recommended body shop by AAA. I'm glad I went with them, because they are a thorough little group. Micah, who was managing my case, was very attentive even though I got the impression that he probably had a lot on his plate. The car repair was done well. It took a little longer than expected, but I'd rather have the work done well, then done quickly. There was one minor part that wasn't on perfectly but I drove the car back and they took care of the problem within 10 minutes.

On a sidenote, they have a little drink fridge in the lobby with all manners of soft drinks. While I don't drink soda that often, I thought it was a refreshing touch in terms of taking care of the customers. While I don't want to have to have my vehicle worked on all the time, I'm glad they are around in case I do need to have some cosmetics taken care of.

I would recommend this body shop to all my friends. I live in the Studio City area just work out here in Chatsworth. I did my homework for a good body shop close to my office and discovered "Schiro's". Roughly 4 months back I got myself a new 2013 Hyundai Genesis Coupe sports car. What happens with the first 2 months, an accident. My new complex has tight parking and hit the front corner in a pole. A week later with a rental and "Schiro's" had it looking brand new. Now just today I dabbed the front when pulling in a driveway just went up the side of the curb too, problems with a car that sits low. I emailed the staff then brought it, always created by the friendly woman up front as well as Manny, one of the workers who goes out of his way to help. They took care of me again too, wonderful team of employees, great staff and I will return if something happens again, let's just hope nothing else goes wrong.

Did not have a good experience here at all. I came in after a truck hit my car from the back/side. There was some damage to the trunk and rear right fender since he hit me from an angle. After waiting over a month for this to be fixed, it seemed okay cosmetically.....until it rained. Rain would leak into my trunk which caused it to rust and reveal their terrible work. It seemed like they just sealed it with cheap caulk and other cheap epoxies and did not try to match the manufacturer's standards. Because its California, I did not see this until about a month later since it does not rain often. I ended up selling my car as-is because I did not want to deal with schiros again or the long wait.

Great customer service. They do incredible work. "A" grade body work. Extremely friendly employees. And everyone is HONEST! Couldn't have been a better experience.

So, I promised an update when I got my Trailblazer back and had a chance to inspect their work...

I got my car back today!! It looks beautiful!!! Yes, I bought it used but the previous owner took such good care of this car and it was like new when I purchased it. Now, it looks 10 times better than the day I bought it. They finished the work within their estimated time frame of 6 business days. I am so pleased with their work, their customer service and the overall experience. I also appreciated the updates every couple days.

Yes, I missed my car while she was in the shop but I'm so happy she was in such good hands. If the need ever arises, I will definitely use them again and I will refer anyone and everyone to Schiro's.

Thank you to all the employees that worked on my car and made the process a pleasant experience! You guys did a fantastic job! You also made me very happy because you detail cleaned the inside and outside of my car. Gold stars for all of you!

If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. I have not one complaint.
