About Schiro's Collision Repairs
Schiro’s Collision Repair has a rich history that starts with Vincent Schiro opening Schiro’s Motor Sales in Burbank leading to the lot on Lankershim Boulevard being purchased. Vincent used his experience from previous jobs and his time as a combat engineer during World War II to refurbish cars in order to resell them. At the North Hollywood location, Vincent and his brother began specializing in antique auto restoration. Vincent’s sons, Frank and Joe, began working with their dad in the summer months at ages seven and eight and learned the business from the ground up and they have been specializing in collision repair since the early 1980s. In 2003, Schiro’s Collision Repair grew to include the Chatsworth facility.
Schiro’s Collision Repair is built on Vincent’s legacy of honesty, quality, and integrity. Schiro’s believes that continued education is vital to providing the best service and repairs possible, which is why the staff receives on-going training. Beyond providing great repairs, the Schiro's Collision Center is involved in several industry associations, including Coyote Vision. Coyote Vision meets to discuss trends and problems in the industry and interacts with insurers to streamline the repair process for the best customer service possible.

In a day where customer service is void, Michele and the Team over at Schiro's Collision Repair exceeds expectations!
Schiro's took care of the damage done in the accident AS WELL AS non related damage that occurred prior to the incident. This was done as a 'customer service' gesture and boy was I grateful! I had scratched my driver side door pretty bad on a curb and they took care of the damage at no cost to me, along with other dents/scratches. Talk about going above and beyond!
When I picked my car up, I was given a customer loyalty card- $100 good for in store, or to be used towards my deductible (unheard of right?!). I was also provided with a Lifetime Warranty certificate which insures their work.
After all of that... I was THEN provided with Owner Frank Schiro's business card and Ana pointed out his cell phone number and encouraged me to call if I needed anything at all. Business owners typically are not that accessible. I saw this as a unique and rare act to prove how much I am valued as a customer.

Went here for an Estimate got into a fender bender melodrama. I had already gotten 2 other estimates and to my surprise they couldn't give me an estimate the guy said he needed to torn apart the rear bumper to see if there wasn't any damage under the bumper? I find it very fishy as the marks on my bumper are seriously minor it has superficial scratch. the way I see it if you ask me!! is they are trained to be vampires they will suck every single cent from my insurance mmmhuuum not only that when I walked it nadie me pelo maybe cause I look paisa LOL whatever it is I didn't feel comfortable with any of the staff they looked at me weird when I left I double checked myself I brushed my teeth my clothes was sharp clean maybe its my Mexican nopal a media frente that scared them. there's nothing but good reviews so i'm sorry but this is my story and this is exactly how I feel you.
Evelyn, I apologize for your unpleasant experience in our unclear explanation of finding hidden damage that could be discovered after the disassembly. This is an outstanding business! The customer service is excellent, they always offer you a beverage of your choice when you are there. The repair work is top notch. Also, there is peace of mind knowing that all work is guaranteed for as long as you own your car. On top of all, that they fixed 2 small dings at no extra charge. Schiro's definitely takes the sting out of collision repair!! I highly recommend them. :D
